Some people say that the love of money is the root of all evil. I have to disagree with them. The love of money is not the root of all evil; it is the root of all power. The simple reality that lays before us is a politician cannot continue in office or even get elected to office unless they have a vast amount of wealth behind them. To acquire this wealth politicians must make deals with the rich and wealthy. Of course, this comes at a cost. Somebody is not going to donate millions of dollars to your campaign unless you are going to change the things they find wrong in this world. One gentleman who has controlled many policy changes over the last few decades is the man named George Soros.
George Soros uses his nonprofit, the Open Society Foundation, to affect positive change in the United States of America and around the world. Through his Foundation, George Soros supports democracies around the globe. He uses it, to support governments, educate people in liberal values, enhance civil liberties, appeal for women’s rights, and help immigrants find a better life.
George Soros has also been known to use the Open Society Foundation to donate to political campaigns here in the United States of America. This began with his record-breaking $27 million donation to the campaign of John Kerry in the year 2004. George Soros felt that the stakes were high during the election since President George W Bush had led us into a war with Afghanistan and also a false flag war with Iraq. On top of this, President George W Bush had passed the Patriot Act which began eroding the freedoms of American citizens. Unfortunately for George Soros Kerry lost his run for the presidency.
George Soros would use the Open Society Foundation again when he decided to back Senator Barack Obama in the 2008 election. Before he finalized his decision, he was tossed up between supporting Hillary Clinton, who is a longtime friend of his, or the senator from Illinois who was experiencing a meteoric rise. In the end, George Soros decided to back Senator Barack Obama because he believed that Obama had the best chance to push a liberal agenda and advocate for leftist policies in a way that civilians would find interesting.
While Barack Obama did, in fact, win the presidency, George Soros lost his opportunity to push a liberal agenda. This came because Obama did not push the various things that he had promised during the campaign. George Soros became so angry that he withdrew his support from Obama during the 2012 election.
George Soros would return to the aid of his long-time friend Hillary Clinton and give her at the Democratic party $26.5 million when they were up battling Donald Trump. After Hillary Clinton’s historic Lofts, George Soros uses open Society Foundation to stop Donald Trump from creating GOP policies here in America. This is done through the creation of several Super Pacs.
